TCS High School Summer Camp 2025 at CIY


Ready for the best week of your summer?
TCS Summer Camp is a week-long experience where students are able to get away from their daily life and routine, spend some time in nature, and grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Camp Details:
  • Dates: July 14th - July 19th, 2025
  • Location: Biola University, La Mirada, CA
  • Who: Incoming 9th Graders through outgoing 12th Graders (based on Fall 2025 grade level)
Cost Breakdown:
  • Minimum Deposit: $100 (non-refundable, secures your spot)
  • Total Cost: $529
  • Important: A separate registration form from CIY must be completed to finalize your camp spot.

By completing this registration, you are committing to securing a spot for your student at camp. Please note that the deposit of $100 is non-refundable. For cancellations, refunds of the remaining balance are only available if the spot can be filled by another student. Important Summer Camp Registration Information
Please carefully review the following details for registering your student for Summer Camp:
  1. Parents Only: Parents/guardians must complete the registration process. Students should not be the ones filling out the forms.
  2. Communication Reminder: All camp-related communication will be sent to the person who completes the registration. If, for example, grandma registers the student, grandma will receive the emails. If the student registers themselves, the student will receive the emails.
Please pay close attention on whose contact information is on the Review Registration page!

Important: Verify Correct Registration Form
Please make sure you're completing the correct registration form for Summer Camp. Here are the key details:
  1. Separate Forms: Middle School Camp at Forest Home and High School Camp at CIY registrations are separate. Be sure you are on the correct form for your student's grade level for Fall of 2025 — not their current grade.
  2. Grade Level Reminder: Registration is based on your student's grade in the Fall of 2025 — not their current grade. Please double-check this to avoid any issues with your registration.

Payment Acknowledgment for Summer Camp
We are excited to partner with you in making summer camp possible for your student! To ensure everything runs smoothly, please keep the following in mind:
  1. Monthly Payments: Registrants are kindly asked to make monthly payments of $75/registrant until the full balance is paid off by May. This helps us prepare for an incredible camp experience.
  2. Payment Reminders: You will receive a friendly payment reminder every 14 days (2 weeks) to help keep you on track.
  3. Need Help? We understand that sometimes life brings unexpected challenges. If you find it difficult to meet the payment schedule at any point, please don’t hesitate to reach out to a staff member. We’re here to support you and work through any concerns together.
