Eligibility Guidelines:

1. We reimburse parents at a set rate for the cost of an individual babysitter while attending a Crossing Group or event.
2. A separate childcare reimbursement form is to be submitted for each group meeting attended.
3. For accounting purposes, each form must be submitted within 30 days of the event.
4. Childcare Reimbursement is not intended to cover ALL of the childcare expenses. This is a form of assistancce to help cover some of the childcare expenses that you might incur while attending a Crossing Group or event.
5. If you are requesting reimbursement for more than 5 children, please email the Childcare Coordinator for the approved reimbursement rate.
6. Rates: 1 child – $7/hr | 2 children – $8/hr | 3 children – $9/hr | 4 children – $10/hr | 5+ children – pre-approved rate // Maximum 2 hours
7. Reimbursement is based on children 9 years old and under. If you have a special circumstance, email the Childcare Coordinator to discuss.
8. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
