For purposes of TCCC’s faith, doctrine, practice, policy, and discipline, the Elders of TCCC are the final interpretive authority on the Bible’s meaning and application.
I acknowledge that at TCCC, every staff member and resident is a minister, and is expected to fully engage in the ministry of the church. We consider ministry readiness, and an individual’s capacity to represent TCCC's beliefs as a minister, during the selection process for all staff and resident positions. An essential function within every position held by a staff member or resident at TCCC is to uphold and represent TCCC and our beliefs in all areas of personal and professional life.
